A great and thought-provoking piece. I've shared the link with all the SMs at my workplace. We had a valuable conversation about inclusivity off the back of it: reaching wider for our pool of employees vs. cutting people out because they live in an area without fast enough broadband or company not wanting to update their tech to handle video calls better.
