You have inspired me to learn more. I’ll start with our local varieties of snake. No rhymes or rules, I promise.

Ours should be easy. We only have three native snake species in the UK. Never seen any. Saw a slow worm once but that doesn’t count as it’s really a lizard.

Anyhow, this article opened my eyes to thinking about how do many people live with a wide variety of snakes in their habitats. When I go abroad I am fascinated by the variety and splendour of nature. I hope to widen my reading on this subject.
