I like happy things. As a scrum master, my teams know that. Still, I have found an Appreciative Inquiry session hard to keep on track. It keeps devolving into the problems that the team sees and the wishes are articulated as inverse problems, “I wish to not do this awful thing.”

I’d really like to try this method again and your article has inspired me to give it a go. Before I do, can you or any other Agilists out there give me some tips, please?
