So there is hope for us, after all. Routines and habits are valuable but there are moments when life doesn’t quite wish to comply with such rigour.

There is certainly joy to be had from achieving goals but gunning for them regardless can lead to burn-out. Gunning for goals can leave us too concentrated on the process at the expense of emerging needs of ourselves and our loved-ones.

The reassurance that you offer in this article is most welcome. Maybe there is room for success and real life after all.
