I wonder what you might recommend when we are not reaching for perfect but must satisfy serious responsibilities?

For example, caring for loved ones/elders in the way they expect and deserve when the behaviour and sacrifices required to do that is very far from one's ikigai?

Surely responsibility to be a good daughter/son (or parent or sibling or friend) comes ahead of one's own ikigai. Genuine question. I struggle.
